Spring Shoe Trends 2025

I’m continuing my spring trends series with shoe trends for 2025. I love shoes and could feature tons of cute ones here! Unlike in my Spring Fashion Trends 2025 forecast, the spring shoe trends tend to be more specific. However, I don’t want to make an unnecessarily long post. So, I’m specifically listing the newest predictions.

Some shoes trends from last fall that are still very popular this spring are Mary Janes and see thru or transparent shoe styles. You’ll find these updated for spring.

Also, some of the spring shoes I found easily showcased two different spring trends. So, there’s a lot of crossover styles. However, I tried to include unique shoe options for each category. Many of these trends are also about what sandals will be popular for spring and summer. So, I realize it’s not practical to wear many of these anytime soon. In fact, a good post idea would be what shoes to wear in between seasons. I know that I struggle with that! How about you?

Spring Shoe Trends 2025

Boho Styles (Clogs & Espadrilles)

If you saw my post yesterday, I said Boho fashion is a big spring trend. So, of course, Boho style shoes are trending too. Clogs were the main ones listed on spring shoe trends 2025 lists, but Espadrilles fall within this category too. I personally love Espadrilles for spring and summer. A good supportive Espadrille with a higher heel is easier to walk in than some other high heel choices. I think they make a great shoe choice for some of the nautical looks that are popular too.

Statement Flip Flops

When I think of fancy flip flops, I think of Yellow Box flip flops with their elevated embellishments (they are also very comfortable for walking). However, slides with the between the toe straps in any heel style whether dressy or casual are a spring shoe trend.

Woven Shoes

Woven shoes and sandals also make the list. Many are loosely weaved playing into the see thru shoe trend.

Boat Shoes

Another popular look for spring is boat shoes. This makes sense, because nautical and coastal outfits are popular for spring. This is a good in between seasons shoe to wear with jeans.

T-Straps

T-strap sandals are making a comeback this year too. I had a difficult time finding a lot in this category that was not considered a flip flop or slide as well.

Many sandals also have fancier middle straps running down the length of the foot designed with curves. For example, these Naot sandals have a curved design down the middle. I love these sandals for travel and doing lots of walking! However, I don’t know if that qualifies as a true T-strap though? So, I tried to keep the options below true to what a T-strap should be.
