Red Velvet Pants

Deep magenta, rich burgundy, and dark red are hot colors of the season, so these red velvet pants are a great find that update any wardrobe. For me, ordering these gorgeous pants was a no brainer. I love this color and was looking for something other than jeans that can be worn casually.

However, there is the option of dressing these red velvet pants up as I did here! While they have a casual vibe, I believe you can easily wear them to most workplaces too. An added bonus is that they make great holiday wear throughout the winter season – think Valentine’s Day too!

These velvet pants have patch pockets which are a popular this year. These pockets are what keeps them casual for every day.

I am wearing my normal size in petite pants but beware. These run small! I need to reorder them in a bigger size. And I know better since velvet tends to run small, at least on me. I don’t know why I didn’t think to order up a size! They do have some stretch which thankfully made it possible for me to button them for this post.

These pants are still fully stocked in petite and regular sizes. They also come in a black velvet too.

I paired these red velvet pants with the Ann Taylor Camp blouse and black pumps. I also love pairing a pretty pink blouse with them or a pink sweater.
