Happy Friday everyone! Wow! The weeks just fly by faster and faster. Before you know it, spring will be here with hopefully some warmer weather. Today, I am styling a gorgeous red double breasted pea coat.
This is such a pretty Coat! I wanted to show the back of it too. Please excuse my messy hair. It seems I’m saying that whenever I show a photo from behind. Ha! The wind was blowing terribly, and we were trying to get pictures before it got too dark.
This Coat (very similar Coat Here) looks good buttoned up or unbuttoned. I normally wear my coats unbuttoned.

I recently purchased this Anne Klein Coat on sale at Dillard’s. Unfortunately, most sizes online are gone except for a very few! I’m sharing the link to it as of writing this post in case your size is still in stock. I did size up in this coat, but that is nothing new for me. I like to have a little room if I wear something bulky underneath. The arms are a little long on me which is nothing new too. I’ve gotten comfortable with that, because it keeps my hands warmer!
This Anne Klein Coat from Macy’s looks almost identical and is still available in several different colors.
For the price, this double breasted coat (or the one similar to it) is a great buy if you are in the market for a new winter coat. I did need a new coat. I shared recently about my Liz Claiborne coat that I love in this Post. I’m still wearing that one, but it is very casual. I felt I needed something I could dress up in more if the occasion called for it. This red coat is perfect for wearing with jeans or something dressier!
I’ve found lots of similar coats in the shopping widget below. You can’t go wrong with a double breasted or single breasted pea coat. They are classic coats that will be a staple in your winter closet.
Hi Dianna! I have that very same coat in light blue. It is beautiful and well-made. I bought it a few months ago after deciding it was time to update my coats. It had been at least ten years since I purchased a coat. Living in the south, my coats last several years. I hope to get years of wear out of this one, too.
I didn’t see a blue one in the store but did online. It looked so pretty!! Even here in Indiana where the winters can be a little colder, I wear my coats for years too!
