How is everyone doing today? I’ve had a busy week behind the scenes on the blog, and my head is spinning! I will tell you more about it in a minute. First, let’s get to some fashion. Nordstrom is having a half-yearly sale. One of my favorite items is included. Plus, I’ve also got some other Nordstrom sale picks to share with you all today.
I know you’ve seen me wear these Sandals over and over here on the blog (and it’s not over yet! LOL!), but I absolutely love them. They are included in this sale for under $50. Unfortunately, they’ve already sold out in most colors including the blush. They are still available in the blue. In fact, I considered the blue color when I bought these. I think the blue would be a great versatile color for spring and summer.
While I’m wearing the blush in the following outfit, I believe the blue would also work too.
Here are some more cute shoes included in the sale.
This cute casual Shift Dress comes in a multitude of colors and designs. It is also so versatile! It would be great to take on vacation for dinner out and as a coverup. It is under $30! This Maxi Dress would work for the pool/beach and dinner out too.
If you need a new bathing suit, I love the color of this One.
These NYDJ Ankle Jeans are part of the sale also and come in some great colors – a coral pink, blush pink, and light blue. I’m a big fan of Article Of Society Jeans – here is a pair of White Jeans for under $42.
You can check out Here any handbags and accessories in the sale.
As I stated earlier, my head is just spinning right now. I have been trying to update my privacy policy for all this European Union GDPR. These are regulations passed by the EU that are enforcing strict standards on transparency in the type of personal data websites collect and what they do with that data. Even though I live in the United States as do the majority of my website visitors and my reach is very small, I do want to comply to be safe.
All that being said, I have always tried to be very open with you all about what is collected on my website and why. You can view my Privacy Policy Here.
I do not collect any sensitive personal information. I simply keep your email address when you sign up to receive new blog post updates in your inbox. I keep email addresses private. Of course, there is a public record of your name, comments, and website address if you submit one when you do leave a comment. I love when you all comment on the blog – just be sure you don’t mind the rest of the world reading them too! You also can just put down your first name with your comments.
Otherwise, I collect statistical data about visitors – number counts of how many people visit Dressed In Faith, what links are clicked on my site, and other very anonymous information.
I may be putting a pop up cookie notice on my website soon too, so don’t be surprised. I believe these new regulations require one but not sure? It looks like almost all websites you visit are going to have to have these notices. Nothing is different here – cookies have always been used on Dressed In Faith. They are what help collect statistical data. They also make websites more user-friendly for visitors. Cookies get a bad rep sometimes. I have since learned after creating this site that they really are essential to many website operations and make things more convenient. You just need to be careful about what websites you visit and what info you share online.
Well, I’ve probably said more about that than you all wanted to hear! I pretty sick of it too. It has put me behind in getting blog posts written and household chores done this week. If there are ever any other big changes here on the blog, I will do my best to let you all know ahead of time. Thanks so much for reading my blog!
