Today, I am talking about how to wear neutrals for spring. As much as I love color, spring and summer seem to be the seasons in which I love wearing neutrals the best! I think the reason is that they are much lighter than what you would normally wear in the winter.
When I think neutrals for spring, I envision white, ivory, beige, blush, and metallic colors like gold, silver, or bronze. While you can keep your neutral pieces all within the same color tone, you certainly don’t have to match every piece either. For today’s look, I paired this gorgeous white dot textured A-line tank with a light beige soft straw clutch and light beige wedges (similar sandals here).

I love this white dot tank. It has a ruffled jeweled neckline which is so popular this year, but this one comes with buttons! I like that I can unbutton the top two for a more flattering V-neckline. Although this top is fully lined, the white is a tad sheer. However, it is not so sheer that I feel uncomfortable wearing it as is.
This tank is also very long too, but I think it looks good tucked in front. While I am focusing on neutrals for spring today, this tank does come in a bunch of other pretty spring colors too.
This pretty soft straw clutch is the perfect occasion bag for spring…. and it is soft without any structure. I found it easy to carry or tuck under my arm once I filled it with all my things. Plus, some straw bags can be uncomfortable to carry, and this one is not!
This clutch is the perfect spring bag to carry to a shower, church, dinner, an outdoor wedding, or on a trip!
My shoes are older, but I rounded up a bunch of wedges of varying heel heights below. I don’t wear heels as much as I used to do and find wedges the easiest heels for walking.
