You all will have to forgive me as I am in a hurry to get this post written today! I’ve had a couple of events at night this week and a full day of annual doctor visits today. So, I haven’t been able to shop/research as much for this post as usual.
I found this green peasant top recently at Dillard’s but it is not online. I haven’t found a whole lot similar either.
Even so, let’s talk about this look!

I love flowy tops, but finding ones that work for my short waist without adding a lot of extra bulk can be a big challenge. In fact, something more structured is probably the most flattering style for me. Yet, I keep trying! Ha! It just seems that the majority of the tops I find in my local stores are all very flowy and unstructured – at least the ones I like anyway. Are any of you noticing this too?
While I love the green color of this top, I’m not sure that this one is a keeper for me. In fact, there was only a medium in the store, and I think I would have been better off with a small. That being said, if you are taller or have a longer torso, I think this top could totally work for you. If you have a local Dillard’s, you can check out their inventory.
Otherwise, be sure to check out some other Bobeau Tops Here at Dillard’s and Here at Nordstrom. I have found tops I like in this brand before, and they have a lot of cute styles.
My pink jeans and sandals are older, but these Jeans are an updated pair in a similar color. I also found these cute Sandals at Kohl’s that are the same brand as the ones I’m wearing.
My top! I just picked this up at Dillard’s and I’m wearing it today! I’m styling it with white jeans and a light wash denim jacket…I agree you need a smaller size but I think it’s cute on you. I enjoy your blog daily and especially dressing in faith section..Blessings!
Really cute outfit! I just purchased similar pants at CostCo, love the color!
