This elegant floral ruffle blouse from Ann Taylor is a keeper! It can be worn with pants, jeans, shorts, a skirt, or anything really. It has a pretty ruffled neckline and a ruffle band around the sleeves.

The material on this blouse is drapey, fluid, and very comfortable. Sometimes, the material on blouses can be uncomfortable if you know what I mean. It also has a shirttail hem meaning it’s longer in the back and shorter in the front.
This floral ruffle blouse does run large. So, I would size down if in between sizes. I’m wearing a petite large, but might could have sized down to even a petite medium. However, I am going to just keep this size. Finding the right size in tops recently is a personal issue with me. I have a bigger chest and don’t want something too tight! So, I waffle between regular small or medium and petite medium or large.
I often would rather have my tops a little longer or bigger yet fit in the chest area. So, that’s why I often do a front tuck to define my waist. I know a front tuck is not for everyone, but it works for me. And by the way, this is a button-down blouse that really doesn’t feel like one. In other words, I have no issues with it gaping open.
It’s no surprise that this blouse is a best seller at Ann Taylor. In fact, they have made this blouse in other colors and patterns. I’m linking them at the end of this post.

I styled this blouse with white jeans and sandals – similar budget-friendly sandals here – for a pretty spring and summer look.
