Once spring comes around, I always want to start wearing a lot of white whether it’s jeans or tops. After a long dark winter, I guess I need to see something brighter which includes what I wear!
I also love the look of a crisp white top or outfit. I especially like an all white outfit topped off with a pop of color in the form of a jacket or some stand out accessories. So today, I’m pairing my chambray top with some white jeans and a white tank.
I used to be scared of wearing any white for fear of stains. As I started experimenting with wearing white jeans when they became all the rage, my fears quickly disappeared. I’m pretty klutzy when it comes to dropping stuff like food all over my clothing. Yet, I’ve not had any more trouble with staining a white item as staining a colored item.
So far, I’ve been lucky in laundering stains on my white items (I use a good spot treatment and wash on cold water) when the occasional accident does happened. Maybe, fabrics have gotten better at repelling stains or detergents have improved. You tell me, but I certainly won’t complain!
Chambray Shirt | Similar Cami Top | White Jeans | Alternative Sandal Here & Here
I’m wearing the Chambray Shirt I wore in yesterday’s Post. A chambray or denim top is such a versatile piece to have in your closet. It makes a great spring or fall jacket. I love the pop of light blue over the all white outfit. Any pastel cardigan or jacket will stand out over all white.
I’ve had these white jeans from Gap for several years now. They have held up to stains beautifully. I believe mine are very close to these Gap Jeans if not the same exact ones.
Instead of doing a white or neutral shoe, I decided to put on my blue wedges. If you love blue and want a blue sandal for spring, I found so many choices out there. This is a cute Blue Sandal Here and Here.
Very Flattering!
Thanks Cyndi!
