Today, I have a great gift guide full of beauty gift ideas. Since this week all the retailers and brands mark prices way down for holiday shoppers, I thought I would mainly share helpful gift ideas here on the blog too.
I plan to stay in my comfort zone by focusing on women’s gift ideas for the first couple of posts. Friday, I will have a gift guide for everyone with maybe a few items specifically for men in it. However, I’m just as baffled by what to get the men in my life for Christmas as many of you may be. And I have three of them – I’m the only girl in our family of four!
I’m just so thankful for my husband who really steps up and helps me shop for our twenty-something sons! Of course, they are pretty good about giving me a list of a few things they want or need too.
As for gift ideas for women, I can shop and shop for finding all kinds of great stuff. lol.
Most of the beauty gift ideas I’m speaking about below are items I use and love myself. After that, in the shopping widget, I’ve included a few more items that just caught my eye as I looked around online. Hopefully, these ideas will be helpful for you if needed. Maybe, you’ll even find something to put on your list too.
L’ange Blow Dryer Brush – Wow! I just started using it and love it! Hair dryer brushes have been popular for a while now, and I guess I’ve been hiding out in a cave. I never thought about using one until my hair stylist recommended this one. It is so much easier than using a separate round brush and blow dryer. Plus, this dryer brush is a good brand that comes at a reasonable price compared to others. I also purchased this drying towel and this heat protectant. You could bundle these items into a great gift set.
Silicone Heat Resistant Mat/Travel Pouch for Hot Hair Tools – I put this on the list every year. It’s such a great practical gift. I especially like mine for traveling with my curling iron.
Real Techniques Makeup Brushes – These are my favorite makeup brushes. I’ve gotten years of use out of mine, even with washing them regularly. Here’s another great set here and here.
Paul Mitchell Curling Iron – This is the curling iron I use when I curl my hair. I actually have the 1.25-inch barrel but can’t find that size anywhere in this model. However, you can get the other sizes.
Adjustable Headbands – I use these headbands every night to keep my hair out of the way while I wash my face.
Tarte Maracuja Lip Balms – I love to wear Tarte’s lip balms and glosses alone or over my lipstick. These make great stocking stuffers. There are also several gift sets here and here.
Scalp Massager – This one is actually something my husband likes to use. They come in a pack of four and also make great stocking stuffers.
Estee Lauder Skincare & Makeup Gift Set – This is such an incredible value and makes a great gift if your recipient loves Estee Lauder. You buy an Estee Lauder product and can purchase the gift set of products at a discounted price. I’ve received this gift set in the past with an Estee Lauder fragrance. Clinique also has a similar gift set deal too.
